Dragon Age II is freezing during dialogue scenes?

i have a ps3 (old fat kind, 60gb) and the regular edition Dragon Age II, it is freezing (3 times in 5 hours) only during dialogue scenes, but i can still hear the music going. is anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it?Dragon Age II is freezing during dialogue scenes?
I do think it has something to do with the latest PS3 system update. The game did not freeze a single time before I downloaded the update and since I downloaded it yesterday it freezes during cutscene dialog frequently. It happens so often I can only play 10-15 minutes before the game freezes. Unless it is just a coincidence.Dragon Age II is freezing during dialogue scenes?
Having the same issue on my PS3 (new model less than a year and a half old). Currently stuck on the mission where I have to talk to the elf with the weird body tattoos and can't progress any further because it keeps freezing at the dialogue. I also am having the same issue. (on the blood mage quest). Its the last one before the deep roads that I must do (tho I still am 18 soveriegns off). Anyway I think it may have something to do with the system update that just came out last night. if you dl'd it and installed it, this may just be what is causeing this issue. Otherwise It could be our PS3's overheating I wouldnt know.
