Just because the download is supposed to come out on the 26th, doesn't mean it has to come out early on the 26th. The developer could go as late as 11:59:59 PM on the 26th, and still be that day, though based on timezones, it might be the 27th where you are at. Plus, unforeseen circumstances always have a chance of showing up and delaying the release with little or no warning.Why is the new Dragon Age II DLC - Legacy - unavailable on the PlayStation Store?
A lot of the time Xbox gets DLC first, mostly because Xbox is WAY more customer friendly oriented than PS3, most people don't think so, but making customers pay $10 a month for online service allows them to pay for way better servers than the PS3 could ever hope to have, it also allows them to pay developers to let them add the DLC to their stuff a week or so before the PS3 because it nets them a crap load of money when people rush to buy it early.
