That should be able to run it at almost Max Settings. You've actually got a very decent system. The only things that you could really improve is the amount of RAM in your system and maybe your Video Card. Your Video Card isn't bad, but there are a few other ones out there that would outperform it. You could also jump up to a 6 Core Processor without too much of an investment. But as it sits, you can easily run Dragon Age 2.
