Game's Minimum processor: Intel Core 2 Duo at 1.4 Ghz / AMD X2 at 1.8 Ghz

Game's Recommended processor:Intel Core 2 Quad at 2.4 Ghz Processor / AMD Phenom II X3 720 at 2.8 GHz

My PC processor:Intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual CPU T3200 @ 2.00GHz 2.00Ghz

You should be fine if your other hardware is good enough. One of the developers said on the official message board that the game even runs pretty well on a single core processor. The most important piece of hardware for this game is the video card. Since you have a laptop you don't have a supported chipset, but the developers tried it and laptops work fine too.

Note that laptop graphics chips perform worse than the desktop versions. If you don't know much about hardware I'd suggest you ask another question to verify whether it's good enough or not. If you used a website like SystemRequirementsLab.com then there's a big chance you got very inaccurate information. For instance, they think a Geforce 9300 is better than a Geforce 8800 which is completely wrong. Can i run Dragon Age:Origins on my PC? (specs)?
an dual pentium is just a core duo with a different label

so yes you can run it but whats really important is the amount of ram you have and the video card

if they are up to scratch you should be able to run the game just fine
