Which ps3 game should i buy, and give reasons..?

I'm torn between 3 games

1. Final Fantasy XII- lightning is awsome

2. Assasins Creed Brotherhood- loved the second one

3. Dragon Age II- watched the trailer and seems good



I have tried Final Fantasy, and i really like it.. but i also like the other two.. im stuck! :((Which ps3 game should i buy, and give reasons..?
